When Attending Our Office
IF YOU OR ANY MEMBER OF YOUR HOUSEHOLD HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS
- A high temperature - you feel hot to touch on your chest or back
- A new continuous cough - this means you've started coughing repeatedly
- Difficulty breathing
- Loss of smell or taste
The advice is stay at home for ten days to stop the risk of giving coronavirus to others. Please do NOT attend our office and refer to the NHS.UK website for the latest guidance or, if your symptoms worsen, call NHS 111.
Our reception desk is not currently staffed. When you arrive at the office, please ring the bell and step back from the door. Your solicitor will open the door and ask you to enter once they have moved behind the screen. You will be directed to the interview room and asked to take a seat behind the safety screen. As far as it is possible, please do not touch any surfaces or door handles etc.
Please bring your own pen in case you need to sign any documents.
Face coverings are mandatory from 8th August 2020.
